The PerformanceIN team is delighted to present you with the official judging panel for this years’ Global Performance Marketing Awards.
This year, the annual ceremony has been renamed, going from International to Global, in order to emphasise and recognise work on a global scale, considering the widening reach and influence of performance marketing. When selecting the dragons for this years’ panel, it was imperative for the team to source industry experts from a truly diverse range of backgrounds to promote impartiality and inclusivity.
They will be putting their heads together to determine the winner of the 30 categories, covering efforts ranging from ‘Best Tech Publisher ‘and ‘Most Creative Partnership’’ to ‘Best Content Commerce’ and ‘Best Loyalty Partnership’.
Once again, the aim of the awards is to highlight the performance-driven marketing channels, partnerships, and methodologies that succeeded in delivering incredible value for clients, whilst boosting bottom lines. So, without further ado, here are those responsible for deciding the winners this year:
dentsu international’s Azlan Raj is one of the fresh faces joining the panel, bringing a wealth of experience. In his role as EMEA Chief Marketing Officer for Merkle and dentsu’s customer experience management service line, Azlan is responsible for dentsu capabilities across commerce, data and technology platforms, analytics, media, customer experience, content, and B2B. He is responsible for continually evolving Merkle and dentsu’s leading digital and data capabilities across the region to drive customer experience transformation for clients.
We also welcome Groupon’s Chris Hay, who is an experienced performance marketing professional with a specialism in biddable media, web analytics, product and conversion optimisation. Chris is passionate about thinking beyond the click to wider business strategy, as well as new technology, mobile, product and brand marketing.
Elisa Charbonnel is also one of our most recent additions to the panel, bringing expertise from her role as Director of Global Paid Media and Performance Partnerships for Disney Streaming. Prior to joining Disney, Elisa worked in various roles driving growth for Jet.com, Walmart eCommerce and Goldman Sachs.
Also joining us this year is James Little, an industry expert and a familiar face to most. He has been at TopCashback for ten years, and spends a lot of time in the US, helping the business grow in that market, as well as sharing his expertise through speaking at conferences across the world, plus running Affiliate Huddle. As such, it’s excellent to be able to welcome him as a judge this year.
Seodi Mthembu is bringing her 11 years of experience in various digital roles to the panel. She is currently the Senior eBusiness lead for coffee and beverage brands in Eastern and Southern Africa, for all Coffee brands including Cremora and Starbucks at Home at Nestle. Seodi leads a team that is responsible for driving traffic to e-commerce partners, as well as managing the D2C e-commerce website for NDG.
Last but definitely not least, Neguin Farhangmehr is the Head of Affiliate and Partnerships at GrowthOps Digital. She’s a performance marketing advocate who enjoys strategic thinking to help brands achieve their goals more cost efficiently, via partnerships, technology and digital marketing tactics. With 12 years in digital marketing, Neguin has worked with leading brands worldwide in network, agency and advertiser roles and has experience across multiple industries including retail, fashion, travel, entertainment, market research and finance.
