In his remarks, Osun state Commissioner for Culture and Tourism, Dr. Adebisi Obawale, called on all relevant stakeholders to assist Gboyega Oyetola-administration in promoting the ‘Adire Osun’ initiative.
According to him, the government has acquired 12 hectares of land to establish ‘adire’ market.
He then sought collaboration that would enable efficient marketing technique for the product.
He said, “We have acquired 12 hectares of land to establish our adire market. We are working tirelessly to that very soon we achieve that.
“We must collaborate and work to see how this marketing will have the best advantage for individual producers, for the government facilitating it and to the credit of Nigerian Export Promotion Council.”
