Industry veteran brings more than two decades of experience as the company works to improve health outcomes for all
MISSISSAUGA, Ontario–(BUSINESS WIRE)–PointClickCare Technologies, a leading healthcare technology platform enabling meaningful collaboration and access to real‐time insights, announces the appointment of Annie McBride as Chief Marketing Officer. Annie is a tenured marketing executive and product leader with over 20 years’ experience in digital agency, marketing and strategy, consumer brand management, medical device and healthcare informatics and SaaS product management. Annie joined PointClickCare’s executive leadership team as their first CMO with plans to deliver on the strategy by bringing best-in-class voice of customer focus, data driven insights, innovative marketing technology and collaboration models that will enable marketing to serve as an engine of growth and market development across the Senior Care, Acute and Payer industries.

McBride most recently served as VP North America Marketing of the Sleep & Respiratory Care business at ResMed Inc., a publicly held global medical technology company focused on the treatment of Sleep Apnea, and other chronic respiratory conditions. During her time at ResMed, McBride worked to deliver on the $2B North America revenue portfolio including healthcare technology, data integrations, patient applications, interfaces and connected devices. In her 10 years with ResMed she also drove the transformation of the medical device business in building a SaaS portfolio through acquisition as the VP M&A and Strategy for SaaS. Prior to joining ResMed in 2012 McBride leveraged her digital marketing agency experience and MBA to hone her strength and passion in product management across consumer and medical industries in global markets. In addition to her role at ResMed, McBride served on the Board of Directors for Xealth, a digital health prescribing platform company serving many of the largest healthcare systems across the U.S.
